Appointments may only be cancelled by phone at least 24 hours in advance. Please note that we charge a flat rate of CHF 60.00 for consultation appointments and, depending on the time reserved, a minimum of CHF 150.00 for treatment appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice.

Please bring your health insurance fund card with you to the initial consultation.

For aesthetic advice, we charge CHF 100.00, which will be deducted from the corresponding treatment. All private services are billed locally by credit card or cash.
